1. Accepting these terms

By using Day to Day Tools you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. What you can do

You may use the tools and read the articles freely, for personal or commercial purposes, at no cost. You may:

• Use any tool as often as you like, for work or personal use
• Use the results in your own documents, projects and products
• Link to any page on the site
• Quote short extracts from articles with attribution and a link

3. What you may not do

• Copy, republish or mirror substantial parts of the site's content or code
• Embed the tools in another site via iframe or otherwise present them as your own
• Scrape the site automatically at a rate that burdens it, or attempt to circumvent rate limiting
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Use the site to do anything unlawful, or to harm, harass or defraud anyone
• Interfere with, obscure or artificially interact with advertising on the site
• Remove or alter copyright and attribution notices

4. No warranty on results

The tools are provided “as is”. We build them carefully and fix errors promptly when they're reported, but we cannot guarantee that every result is accurate, complete or suitable for your particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Day to Day Tools and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost profits, lost data, missed deadlines or consequential losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but make no guarantee of uptime. Tools may be changed, replaced or removed at any time without notice.

7. Advertising

The site is funded by third-party advertising, primarily Google AdSense. Advertisements are selected by Google, not by us, and their appearance is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of the sites they link to — though we do act on reports of abusive or deceptive ads, so please tell us if you see one.

8. Third-party links

Articles may link to external sites for reference. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

9. Intellectual property

The site's design, code, text and branding are owned by Day to Day Tools and protected by copyright. The output a tool produces from your input — your resized image, your generated password, your converted text — is yours entirely. We claim no rights over it, and could not, since we never receive it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date will change, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
